- Lead a high-impact global design team delivering complex, mission-critical product experiences across client-facing and internal surfaces.
- Own the design of the connectivity platform, client management platform and internal tooling, all built around self-service models and product-led growth principles.
- Transformed high-touch, manual onboarding and integration workflows into scalable self-service experiences, eliminating swivel-chair internal processes and dramatically improving time-to-value for clients.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, business and client stakeholders to shape product strategy, user workflows and delivery models.
- Took on fractional product and engineering leadership to incubate the developer platform from the ground up, building and leading a cross-functional team of ~15 to take it from concept to delivery.
- Established new design processes and built custom Figma plugins to accelerate team delivery, tooling adopted across the global design team.
- Remain fully hands-on while mentoring designers and engineers and scaling design systems and delivery practices across the organisation.
